This week National ScriptWorks went live with their first release of new online pharmaceutical dispensing software programmed and designed by ArtBuilders.
Built on an advanced Web 2.0 framework, this database-driven system allows physicians to automate much of their in-house pharmaceutical dispensing; from inventory tracking, record keeping to report writing. Its robust functionality includes such features as barcode scanning, dynamic label printing, a built-in communication system and real-time reporting.

In an effort to expand its operations while streamlining costs, yesterday ArtBuilders completed the move of its primary offices from Los Angeles, California to south of the Tech Center in Denver Colorado. Douglas Gintz, owner of ArtBuilders,expects the move to be largely transparent to most clients as electronic mediums such as the internet, emails and conference calls currently represent the bulk of communications. Gintz still expects to make periodic trips to California for face to face meetings when required.

ArtBuilders was founded in 2002 by Douglas Gintz. It’s a privately owned business with offices in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Gintz formed ArtBuilders after leaving the employ of a leading software publisher. During his 6 years as a key strategist and planner, he launched over a dozen successful retail titles. Within weeks of opening its doors, ArtBuilders landed packaging design projects for The Simpson's™ and Kellogg's™. ArtBuilders then expanded to content development, partnering up with various manufacturers and software publishers: including Roxio® (now a division of Sonic Solutions™).
Gintz began his creative career in 1986 designing for the music and entertainment industries. His client list included such notables as AT&T and Arista™.
In January 2005, Gintz was named President of IMHO Inc™. As part of the deal, ArtBuilders took on the role as the corporation's principal designers: actively building their catalog of licensed artwork for apparel and merchandise.
Gintz recently created a brand of licensable characters for IMHO Inc know as 'Chat Gurlz". King Features Syndicate currently represent the brand. Epicenter Ventures, owned by producer David Salzman, have signed a media development deal with IMHO Inc.
